Though finding time at work is difficult but a few minutes can do the trick. Try these steps at your work place to find how dramatically it increases your productivity, concentration and enjoyment.
Steps:
Leave your computer for a while.
Start taking a few deep breaths to allow your rib cage to expand fully and then exhale slowly.
Go away from your workstation just for a cool brisk walk.
Drink a cool glass of water and wash your face and try to see the brighter side of your face.
If possible try to recollect any fond joke of yours and laugh aloud.
If still uneasy, then just close your eyes and listen to soothing music.
A talk to a good friend can also make you feel light and comfortable.
Finally, think about your goal at your work place.
