Starting with U.S. based providers for initial diagnosis and coordination, SAAGII uses end to end linkages that include world class overseas institutions to care for all foreseeable needs of patients. These are from the time of initial consultation and signing up in the U.S. till post surgical check-ups and procedures on return to the U.S.

The foreign institutions are located in various parts of India, Mexico, Singapore and Thailand and must have quality standards on par or exceeding those typical of quality U.S. institutions.
