Overview
SAAGII provides unique and simple solutions to obtain quality, affordable healthcare for the millions of hard-working Americans who do not have traditional health insurance. We currently operate in the entire state of California, which has nearly seven million uninsured, and many others who are under-insured.
We have three broad plans to suit the needs of all of our customers:
1) SAAGII’s Whealthcare services. This non-insurance plan charges a minimal monthly fee for access to high quality care through SAAGII’s large network of doctors and other healthcare service providers. The pre-negotiated rates for healthcare services are the same as those paid by the largest insurers, and much lower than open market rates. (See Table A for sample comparisons.)
Whealthcare does not provide insurance. It is a consumer advocacy program that utilizes the same rates insurance companies pay for healthcare within the same networks of providers.
2) SAAGII’s threefold program for small business employees. Employees can have varying needs for healthcare coverage and healthcare related tax breaks. At the same time small businesses face hassles and administrative overhead when dealing with multiple healthcare agencies. Working directly with SAAGII, these employees can choose from three plans to meet their healthcare needs:
a. SAAGII’s Whealthcare. This is described above and has the lowest monthly fees. It is most suited to seekers of primary care who do not wish to pay for risk coverage.
b. Health Savings Account (HSA). This a high deductible insurance plan with tax savings benefits. SAAGII arranges these through a major health insurer with the most competitive rates and its own extensive network of health providers, at the same price as a direct purchase from the insurer.
c. Traditional health insurance. This too is arranged by SAAGII through a major health insurer with the most competitive rates at the same price as a direct purchase.
3) SAAGII’s Global Medical Tourism services. Uninsured Americans or those desiring elective procedures not covered by their insurance may not be able to afford the high cost of U.S. medical care. Others may want treatments not available in the U.S. SAAGII works with world class foreign medical institutions to deliver superior care with transparent quality monitoring and feedback, luxurious facilities, meeting end-to-end needs, all at a fraction of U.S. prices.
